"Boettcher's Mansion Study" Watercolor on Canson Satin Printmaking paper Image: 7.25 x 4" Paper: 8.5 x 6"

Boettcher Mansion is located on Lookout Mountain overlooking Denver, Colorado. This is one of a number of watercolor studies I did as a poster proposal for an exhibit held at the Mansion.

The watercolor is matted in a cotton rag mat and backing.
